On May 16, 2009，invited by Board Chairman Mr. Shi Mingda, Academician of CAE Xu juyan, and Professor of HKUST Liu Hancheng (who is also the Academician of USA IEEE and ASME) paid a visit to our company for supervise. Professor Liu gave a lecture on 3D System Level Package to about fifty technicians in our company.
