On April 2, 2009, the 4^th Conference of the 3^rd Directorate was held in Penxin State Guest Hotel. Proposals, such as Work Report of the Directorate, Financial Final Accounts Report for 2008 and Annual Report for 2008 Business were discussed and passed at the conference. It was also determined that shareholder general assembly to be held on April 22^nd .
